Johan, If the BT is an add on dongle then you do need a driver for it, while if it is inbuilt and the laptop came with Win 7 as operating system then you need to find the BT icon in Control Panel and re configure it. Please do that.

Just grab it here. This for  Win 7 32 bit all versions. For different OS just scroll down under "Select OS".

Press the F6 Button - this will install the webcam driver. Give it a few seconds untill the "Device Driver Installed Successfully" message comes up, and the camera should work

Sounds like the usual problem of an unsupported webcam device driver due to Microsoft and the hardware manufacturers not developing drivers that are compatible with Windows 7. The MSI website has a download centre that can be found at this link but the search facility is pretty poor as it didn't display any results when searching for driver or webcam so perhaps the live update site found here would be more helpful providing they've released Windows 7 drivers for your webcam.

Have your windows xp updated online as it would install new drivers. If you lost your installer CD then Go to start menu and look for my computer or computer, right click and select properties, click device manager, look and click the webcam, then press update driver. You may update drivers online. If the problem persist then go to MSI website http://www.msi.com/open/ look for service tab, select live update online.

I checked the support sites out and unfortunatly it says all drivers are on a backup partition on your hard drive. Most drivers are available from the msi website I'm fairly certain that the 4211C is a rebadged MSI Wind U100 (it should have this printed on the underside of the netbook). If this is correct then you can also get the drivers, along with the user manual, from the MSI Europe website.

But it says the webcam drivers are built into the OS, so if you have changed the OS you are out of luck

It sounds like you need to reinstall the software driver for your webcam to match your new OS version. Try going to the manufacturer's website Support section to see if they have driver downloads. If not call them up. If you provide the model of your laptop I'll help look it up.
