Go to this page:

http://www.wacom.com/downloads/drivers.php

Choose Graphire 3 or Graphire 4 as your tablet model. These are the CTE models. Then pick your OS and download the driver.

SOURCE: Wacom CTE-440 Graphire4 tablet is drawing when I don't want it to

Ok so I called costumer service because mine was doing the same thing. Apparently the pressure sensor in the pen is stuck down. What you do is remove the pen tip with tweezers, blow in the open end of pen, then tap the pen (open end down) in a table to get any debris out of there. Then just put the tip back in and give it a try. That did the trick for me. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Tablet stopped working

Normal 0 If you are running a ‘tower’ PC ensure the tablet is plugged into a USB port at the back of the computer. The USBs at the front of your computer may not provide adequate voltage.

SOURCE: Wacom tablet pen right click always active.

I'm having this same problem with my original Graphire (ET), with a replacement pen that's less than two years old.
I don't think it's a driver issue, based on the indicator light on the tablet itself. It turns green like it's detecting a click when either end of the pen is brought near the tablet. To me, that suggests an issue with the pen hardware. The mouse has no such problem.
I'd be very interested if anyone has a solution to this.

Wacom Graphire 4 Silver 6x8 CTE 640 Driver Problem in Windows 7 and Vista A few weeks ago I had just ended my streak of using Windows XP (Reinstalling it just about every month) for quite a few years. I have been using my Wacom Graphire 4 6x8 (Model: CTE-640) pen tablet for 3 or 4 years flawlessly with the same Windows XP drivers that came on a disk with the product. Now that I'm using Windows 7 with and have the correct Windows Vista drivers for this tablet, I'm running into a problem. When I install the Windows Vista drivers, at first the tablet is fully functional and working properly in every way, but after a single restart, the use of the pen is mapped at an incorrect space starting at the top left corner of the screen and the tablet mouse just locks at the top left corner completely, almost as if I'm holding the pen at the top left pixel and trying to move the mouse, which results in nothing but a constant refresh of the mouse's position at the very top left pixel on the screen. When I reinstall the Wacom pen tablet Vista drivers, the tablet then works until I restart, and the cycle repeats. The problem first emerged after I used the tablet on a different PC that had Windows XP set on a resolution that had a wide screen aspect ratio (16:9). The reason I mention this is because it ONLY started happening after this one usage, and the incorrect mapping is also at a widescreen aspect ratio that looks a lot like the 16:9 aspect ratio on the Windows XP machine I was using it on. At first I figured that this is just another Vista compatibility issue with their drivers, but then started leaning toward the fact that it could be a firmware issue (if it has some sort of firmware) in the pen tablet itself, since the only time that this tablet had been used with a 16:9 aspect ratio was just before the problem had started. Maybe that's why it's not mapping correctly? Anyways, any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. If you need me to clarify/add any information about the problem, just ask. Thanks in advance! - CheeseKeg.
