I have to wiggle the wires around to get a picture and its not that great.  I'm looking for new connector cables but can't seem to find them.

I also had a problem the power source so I had to buy one of those monster cables and it costs me an extra $40.  This TV is getting to be really expensive and I don't even use that often just on long trips!  Help!

used this once or twice and the second screen went dark and then no sound. Now the whole thing doesn't work. This thing is brand new and after reading all the negative feedback on line, I am appalled they aren't recalling it and rectifying the situation. Unbelievable!!!

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My bauhn TV screen stopped working. DVD plays sound but no picture. Can the TV be reset or rebooted

You can try unplugging the units--no picture often means the DVD has a dirty or failed optical unit.

Minami dvd player humming sound

This may be due to a weak capacitor in the power supply section, since it goes within seconds I would not worry about it. The important thing is you are able to enjoy it fully.

Player has sound of the movie but the screen is just white no picture

There is a small button on top when the screen closes it turns off the display. While the movie is playing press the small button with a small pointing object and see if the display shows something on the screen for a few second and then off (you can sometime see the movie playing but very dim). then there is a problem with the switch not switching the display back to normal. Hope this helps...

Blu ray disc player freezing up

Not really a solution, but I have a new BD-P1600 and I can't have it work OK with my I-Inc 28 inch monitor in HDMI. It got the blue screen with Language choice the frst time I plugged it and choose the language, but after that it always stops displaying after a few seconds of blue screen. I plugged the unit to normal yellow video connector of a 20 inch TV and I configured the output HDMI to monitor but the player continues to stop displaying and hang when getting to no-disk. Sometimes, when pressing the SETUP on the remote, I can see SETUP on front display, sometimes not, but never got it on the monitor screen it-self like with the 20 inch TV.
Will I need to return to Futureshop change it for another new one?

Second screen does not work

Make sure you have the both lead from the main unit to the second screen plugged in (Power and video lead - 3.5mm jack to red/white/yellow phono)

Also make sure the jack is plugged into the A/V OUT socket of the main unit and NOT the A/V IN.

No picture but has sound

Hi If your t.v.has built-in blue screen when there is no signal, then the DVD may have been accidentally switched to progressive scan mode, or defaults to that setting if new. If your T.V. is not capable of displaying in progressive scan mode, you will just get a blue screen. If you have an older tv, without blue screen, then connect it to that, and if you get a black and white split screen when you turn on the DVD, then progressive scan is the problem. Check the manual for the DVD player for the procedure to get out of that mode, and it should then work. If you still have no video, and you are using the yellow composite video jack on the back of your DVD player, then it must be brought in for service. Good Luck!
