How to adjust achoke on 1979 mg 94 cubic engine has antifreeze running through it

You need to calibrate the heat mass before reassembling the choke unit. This is from John Twist of University Motor. Hope it helps.

Loosen the 1/2" headed bolt that fastens the water jacket to the heat mass. Then, disconnect the two hoses from the water jacket and plug them with 7/16" bolts. Remove the bolt the rest of the way and CAREFULLY lever the water jacket away from the heat mass. Then, remove the three screws that hold the heat mass to the auto choke.

Remove the heat mass and carefully remove the black plastic insulator. Now you can work with the auto choke and calibrate the heat mass.

Copiously oil the inside of the autochoke, and exercise it -- hold the throttle wide open and move the little lever which engages the bi-metal strip of the heat mass from its 3:00 position to the 12:00 position -- about twenty times.

Place the heat mass in a pan of water and bring it to a boil. Pick the heat mass from the boiling water and inspect the alignment of the bi-metal strip -- well, really the rectangle -- and the line scribed in the circumference of the heat mass. That line is usually ill-defined or worse, completely obliterated. Cut a new line with your hacksaw wherever the rectangle is positioned.

Now reassemble the unit, taking GREAT care to match the finger of the choke with the rectangle of the bi-metal strip. Position all three lines (the boss on the auto choke body, the raised line on the black plastic insulator, and the line you just made with the hacksaw), in line.

15" circle what is outside measurement

If you would like to know the circumference of a 15" diameter circle this is the formula:
circumference = radius x 2 x pi
circumference = diameter x pi

in our case:
circumference = 15" x 3,14
circumference = 47 ,1" (that's 119,634 cm)

Help finding the circumferance of a circle

The circumference of a circle is given by the expression
Circumference= 2* PI* Radius of circle
The area is given by
Area of a disk with radius R = Pi* R*R or PI*R^2
Area= PI*R^2

Need to find circumference when you know the diameter is 2

d/2=r, circumference = 2 x pi x r , pi = 3.14159, so circumference = 2 x 3.14159 x (d/2)

If you know about area formulas of class 8 and 9,please solve my question?there is a the between of the circle,there is a rectangle of dimension 4cm and 3cm.if the rectangle will cut out what...

The diameter of the circle is the diagonal of the rectangle use Pythagoras this rectangle is a made from two 3,4,5 triangles, so the diameter is 5cm, the radius will be 2.5cm don't forget the BODMAS ordering rule (Brackets of Division Multiplication Addition and Subtraction) Also rounding to 2 decimal places. This solution is based on all four corners of the rectangle touching the circumference of the circle.

Area of a circle is P (22/7) i x Radius (squared ^2) ====> 22/7 x 2.5cm ^ 2 ====> 22/7 x 6.25cm

TOTAL AREA of CIRCLE = 19.64 cm^2

Area of the rectangle is length x width ====> 4 cm x 3 cm

The remaining portion is the circle area minus the rectangle 19.64-12 = 7.64 cm^2

The problem is not related with PC or Laptops. But it is true the question may be related with computer language.

Ans in QBASIC:

Ans in C:
#include<stdio.h> define pi 3.14 main() { float d=2.3,c; printf("\nDiameter D=2.3cm given"); c=pi*d; printf("So the circumference is(in cm) =%.3f",c); getch(); }
