Question about Kodak Dock Series 3 Laser Photo Printer
Hello - when printing the pics i am only getting the bottom half and the top half is white. i changed the ink roll, but still having the same problem.
how can i fix this?
I had the same problem. There is a rod that on one end has a plastic gear and cam mechanism, and on the other end is a plastic cam. This rod rotates and pushes the print head against the paper. On my unit the plastic cam (not the one with the gear) split and was not putting pressure on the head on what would be the top half of the picture. I determined the proper position for the cam and super glued it in place. Now it is working like new.

It could be a few things.
How does it print if you take the memory card out of the camera and plug it into the printer?
How does it print if you print from the computer?
