All of the burners should light. Could be a dirty flame runner. I recommend that you get a good clean and check.. Burners, flame runner, flame sensor should all be cleaned. If this does not solve your problem than the gas pressure needs to be checked.
Good luck....

Hi, you will need to replace this thermostat as the circuitry is faulty and keeping the strips energized. The only way to check would be to pull cover from stat and expose stat wires. Power off first. Disconnect the 24 volt hot wire, red and they should shut right off. If so get a new stat. If you need further help, please contact me. Merry Christmas.

You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset.

My Goodman gsh103301ab. The fan in the outside unit will not come on. The heat is still coming out the the vents but, just don't think that sounds right. Is this suppose to happen?

If it's in cool mode, the outside fan definitely should run to remove the heat. If it's heat mode the outside fan will start only when pressure build up. If it's problem with condenser fan definitely the breaker or fuse will be blown when the amphs increased.

My gmp series heater comes on for 30 seconds to purge exhaust and goes off for 2 seconds and starts over red light flashes constantly gas valve never opens igniter doesnt heat up

Sounds to me like your pressure switch is bad or the hose has a hole in it. If the pressure switch does not close, the unit will start. It will try again until it goes into lock out. normaly three times.
