This is a primary factory default code for a defective oscillator coil that cannot be repaired by the average homeowner without significant electrical training and precaution! It is recommended that you get a Panasonic repairman. While some videos exist on YouTube that seem to show simple repairs; comments show otherwise. Repair can be lethal. . Improper computer maintenance may result in slow PC. To fix computer running slow you are required to clean junk and windows errors from your PC using a System Utilities program.
To download a reliable System Utilities, go to famous website download.cnet and search there Reginout. Which I personally use and recommend the friends.
After downloading run all of its tools one by one except Internet Optimizer, to clean all the junk and error files from your computer.
Issue : screen settings keep coming up and will go away on and off repeatedly Environment : Monitor : Compaq FS7600 Computer details : Not provided Solution : According to my understanding the the setting message is popping ups as the application is running on the back. This may not be a Monitor problem.
So if you can try to get to test monitor on another computer.
Check carefully the data cable to ensure there are no bent pins.
If it turnout to be a monitor problem then at only 6 months -Acer should replace it.
If the monitor works - you should have the graphics card on the computer checked out.
If you feel you can do this - and you can- basic checks come back as another request.
