Question about Pioneer DV-220V-K DVD Player
It is a problem with older models only. You need to update the firmware. The latest firmware version is YKD9CO9A . So if
I were you I would download YKD9CO9A for that dvd
player. Get it from Pioneer Latin America site.
Burn the update on a disc. Load it in the player
After the update is completed, remove the disc from the tray. Hold down the Enter button on the remote until the DVD tray closes. See if that makes it region free.
