(try both and see which one will get you to system config menu )

Hi.

The code means Ink System Failure. First disconnect power cord to reset the printer and test using different cartridges.

If that does not work try the procedure below:

"Press and hold the "left arrow" key.

Lights were flashing on printer and not printing. Couldnt get document cancelled. Replace catridge. Lights stop blinking, previous document cancel but printer still not printing


Check the printer properties in the control panel. Look in the status column. If the status is paused or offline, select resume or online or reset from the Printer menu option. Sometimes you have to turn the printer off and back on for it to start again. If it is an inkjet printer, don't unplug it. Some printers get messed up if they are not powered off using the power button.
