In order to verify your facebook account you need a yahoo account before even signing up with facebook, you will have to create an the yahoo mail account then after finishing you can now signup with facebook include all the details necessary then a link will be sent to your yahoo account then you follow the link which wil guide you to verifying your facebook accountthen you can be able to use your facebook account without any problem.

Facebook requires a valid email address and it seems like you have registered your facebook account through your yahoo email address. All you have to do is go to your yahoo account and look for an email from FACEBOOK and valdiate that email address. Hope this helps
