You make a folder any where on your computer and put the photos inside then when your on itunes click on your ipod in itunes and on the top right click on the photos tab it should be next to podcasts and info then "check" the (the sync photos from : )box and after the ":" symbol their should be a box thingy click it then go to choose folder then locate your folder, highlight it, then click ok. after thats done go to bottom right and click sync then ounce its done syncing your photos should be on your ipod

<p>If you set iPod touch to the photos from your camera roll on
your computer desktop, you can delete photos from your iPod touch to create
space. You can use iTunes to the iPod touch in the pictures on your device with
a specific folder on your computer. Once the photos are synced with your
computer, you can delete the photos that are not out on a regular basis by your
device to see photos of the app. <br />
<p>1. Tap on the "Photos" app on your iPod touch. <br />
<p>2. Touch the "Camera Roll". <br />
<p>3. Tap the photo you want to remove your iPod touch. <br />
<p>4. Touch the "Trash Can" icon on the bottom right
