Keep trying, i tried it with mine and now it works like a charm but my little sis has lost it so thats a bummer, also try using paper towels on the card not damp (obviously) or even try holding the card down when you turn your ds on

You can try using toothpaste. I've tried it several times and it has worked for me. Here's how you do it.
  1. Grab a bottle of toothpaste and your disc
  2. Put a good amount of paste on the disc
  3. Take a soft cloth and rub the toothpaste over the disc. Be sure to give it some pressure.
  4. Turn on a sink and wash the toothpaste off your disc
  5. Place disc in Xbox and enjoy

Water pressure low in dishwasher sprayer

Hello; the VERY first thing I'd check, which is the most common cause for this problem, is plugged sprays. The spray nozzles are usually easily removed for cleaning. Often, you can see debris that is stuck in the spray holes partially protruding. Be careful when pushing it back through the holes, often there are bits of broken glass in it. NEVER PULL the debris OUT, which would enlarge the hole, and misalign the spraying action. Push the debris back IN, then remove it through the connection port by shaking it. Spread a paper towel over the area where you do this to catch the debris, again being careful of the glass.
A good way to find out if you have removed all this stuff, which includes old food particles, plastic, etc., is to sharply rap the spray against a padded object, then shake and listen for rattling. When this procedure doesn't produce a rattling noise after several "raps" the spray is probably clean. Cleaning these nozzles once in a while, even before you notice a problem, is a good idea, as it improves the efficiency of the dishwasher.
Good luck!

Bike been stood for 6 months and will not start when i veiwed it we had to bump it but now it will not work ive re-charged battery wat shall i do now

The problem may be the petrol. Usually after 3 months, the petrol itself in the carburettors tends to evaporate and leave behind the additives. These act as a gum and block up everything including the jets !! Apart from the gum, the petrol now fails to ignite - DO NOT TEST THIS LAST PART OUT, just accept that it may be. Firstly, drain the petrol from the carb. and change the petrol in the tank. Prime the carb (with a few twists of the throttle) and try it again. If your lucky, enough will get through to ignite, once it's running, you can then drop in a few cc of something like redex and clean the carbs while running. If the petrol doesn't ignite then I'm afraid its a carb clean. Get a haynes manual and look first before stripping the carbs down. Not difficult to do.

Remote quits working. Twice cleaning worked. Just stopped working again. Have tried every trick I could find on Internet. Will never buy a cheap POS vizio again but if anyone has answer I would appreciate...

Hi, remotes are pretty simple to repair actually-usually there is contamination behind keypad that prevents contact with the circuit board. If you can take apart the remote ( the trickiest part may be the battery terminals that tend to hang up ) then you can use regular rubbing alcohol to clean the gold colored " swirls " behind the keypad-also clean the 'black" dots on the opposite side of the rubber keypad itself, once everything has dried/been wiped dry, reassemble and you should be good to go-laso if your remote "rattles a little?" on the circuit board there are what as know as " ceramic filter" I have never bought one for replacement but have scavenged from other remotes. why I brought up rattling is because if you drop your remote the wrong way or hard enough it can break this little piece ( it is bigger than most of the other components except an I.C. chip) it is usually a pastel blue, green or orange color. And that about covers remote troubles ( assuming the BATTERY CONTACTS aren't corroded which are also cleanable) I hope this helps and good luck. Prodzilla

Verbatim external 640gb harddrive is unreconised.CONSTANTLY.

ok.. here's a few ideas...

Before Connecting the external drive:

first close ALL RUNNING PROGRAMS
REINSTALL DRIVERS..REBOOT
make sure no programs are running once again...
make sure your usb cable is WORKING...

NOW...
Connect.....Wait for it (a minute or two MAX)....

If this doesn't work, then I suggest using a few google searches..
Try the following/similar: Searchwords

External Hard Disc Recovery Tool (or toolkit)

*Also, Never NEVER erase any default/hidded files that came preinstalled/included on that drive....(eg...system files)...

let me know if this helped...c-tekk@hotmail.com

Try unticking ENABLE BIDIRECTIONAL SUPPORT on the Ports Tab under Printer Properties accessed through control panel / Printers and Faxes. Try to print - get error message Enable Bidirectional Support. Reverse back into Ports Tab and re-enable Bidirectional Support and try printing again.
