I have 17 inc lcd viewsonic and the monitor gets start in 15 mins. that means it takes 15 min. time to display. pls pls pls send me the solution [email protected]

It sounds as if you have a blown capacitor somewhere withing the monitor's power supply. A general electronics repair shop should be able to identify and replace the broken component.colinu.jpg

A 15-inch CRT monitor? It's time to responsibly recycle it, and buy a 17-inch LCD monitor, because _nobody_ fixes CRT monitors any more.

Horizontal lines are appearing and moving acrosss the screen of my View Sonic E50C Monitor...

What is wrong with your monitor is that the Horizontal section is going faulty, the lines you are seeing are the Horizontal Retrace lines, usually invisable in a working unit. It is often a faulty capacitor(s) OR a Diode breaking down.. in the area of the Flyback Transformer. Probably time for a new one unless ya can fix it yaself.

White colour is displaying as yellow

Your monitor is missing blue drive. Most likely a component failure on the CRT board. Bad color ICs, bad solder connections or defective capacitors can cause the problem.
