Yes go to the Acer website and download and install the latest camera driver, for your aspire one, reinstall them again, and it should all come back..
Or you could do a system restore... at boot time press F8, when the Safe Mode menu shows, select safe mode and when you get the choice chose Restore mu PC to another time, then when presented with the choice of times, simply choose a time before when you KNOW it was A OK, and proceed after it reboots you should find your PC back to exactly how it was at that time you chose good as new.
