The error code which you have mentioned will be displayed when there is an SUD lock condition has been detected.

Always use HE(High Efficiency) detergent .

If you are using the correct detergent, check for any drain blockages. Clean the filter in your washer.

That is the reason the old owners gave it to you . You have to change the circuit board for it and it is as expensive as a new unit plus the labour and shipping .

E15 error message making a funny noise, is the a

E15 indicates the anti flood device in the base of the appliance has been activated.

Unplug the appliance.
Take the cover below the door off.
Take the insulation out of the way.
Remove any water in the base that is lifting the float.

Once removed, try the appliance again. Watch through the open inspection panel to see if the appliance is leaking.

If the float isn't up activating the switch then the switch, wiring or control board is faulty. Check the float and check the switch.

Your machine is still under warranty so you do need to be careful about what you do.

Trying to repair it on your own may invalidate the warranty.

Error - says can't recognize an ink cartridge

Hi there

You can try this but it lots to do but may help

This message may be resolved by resetting the unit. Please follow these
steps:

1. With the printer powered on, open the cover. The ink will move to
the left hand side.

2. Push down on the end of the black cartridge. A clicking noise will
be heard.

3. Slide the cartridge out of the holder towards you.

4. Push down on the end of the colour cartridge. A clicking noise will
be heard.

5. Slide the cartridge out of the holder towards you.

6. Once both cartridges are removed, unplug the power to the printer
(without turning it off).

7. Reconnect the power cord.

8. Turn on the printer.

9. Open the cover. The carriage that holds the ink will move to the
left hand side.

10. Make sure the orange cap is off of the bottom of the black
cartridge.

11. Place the black cartridge in the bottom of the printer.

12. Slide the black cartridge back until is cannot go back any further.

13. Push up on the end of the black cartridge, a clicking noise should
be heard.

14. Make sure the orange cap is off of the bottom of the colour
cartridge.

15. Place the colour cartridge in the bottom of the printer.

16 Slide the colour cartridge back until is cannot go back any further.

17. Push up on the end of the colour cartridge, a clicking noise should
be heard.

Please note that the colour cartridge will stick out further than the
black cartridge.

Close the cover. The printer should make some noise for a few moments,
and then return to standby.

If the message persists, to clear the low ink-warning message, press and
hold down the button for at five seconds, and then release
it. This will disable the ink detection until that cartridge has been
replaced.

The pump sounds like it may be plugged wih a coin or something like that. If the pump is plugged it will make a funny noise. Remove the pump and clear everything out of it

for the F10 code ? Unplug the washer open chech the funny noise / belt are worn out / slap to the brackets and other near obstacles . Replace belt broken.

Detergent leaking /ovewr flow clean w/ fish nylon # 150 just 40 cm /insert in the hole put water to soften the hard detergent forward and backward to clean detergent hose.
