Sounds like a software issue with the phone. Contact your wireless service provider and they can tell you how to reboot the entire system on your phone. Rebooting your software on your phone erases everything that is on your phone. IE: Phone numbers, Text messages, Pictures etc. This normally fixes the problem. Make sure they can put your phone numbers back into your phone.
