Go to the menu screen, then go to the Music and Tones section. When you are there select the My ring tones button. Select which one or one's you want to erase, highlight one at a time and click erase.
Hate to say but my Fascinate doesn't have a MUSIC AND TONES section on the menu screen. It has SETTINGS, then SOUND AND DISPLAY then PHONE RINGTONE but there's no where to choose ones you want to erase. You cannot delete the default ringtone, still if you want to delete the saved downloaded ringtones just go to the saved location and in options you will find delete.

Go to SETTINGS, then MEMORY INFO, then PHONE MEMORY, and then you Hit MY RINGTONES and your gonna have to DELETE a FEW just to FREE up some SPACE so that your PHONE wont RESTART
