When I turn my oven on i smell gas. it does heat up but not very hot, what do you think is my problem. the oven is not that old its a jen air and its not even 10 years old yet

My advice is to get a professional person to check this out. If you smell propane then there has to be a leak of gas. It could kill you if you don't get it repaired right way. Large flames mean you may have the wrong orifices in it.

you check your oven inside? pls check inside i think the smell is came from inside the oven mostly the oven is not claen properly especially in upper inside the oven,that why evry time you use smell is coming coz of heating the dirty inside.

The Transformer is part number 56001221. I have run a search for the part and I am coming up with the same results, the pat is discontinued and no longer available.

The oven igniter should stay on constantly as long as oven control is calling for heat and not fade off. If the igniter is too weak and not pulling enough current it may not open the gas valve correctly and gas will be let out of the gas valve and not igniter.
The likely failure is a weak oven glow bar igniter. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.

Do you have good air flow coming out of the vents?

If for some reason the cooling fan stopped working, it can cause the magnetron to overheat and be damaged.
