The alarm sounds when one of the temperature sensors inside the computer detects a temperature higher than "allowed". This usually means that one of the fans inside the computer has failed, reducing the amount of "air-cooling". Check that the fans are spinning, at their correct speed, and replace any "dead" fan.

It sounds like the car alarm is going off. Do you have an alarm remote that you can use to turn off the alarm? If the alarm is sounding, the anti-theft system will NOT let you start the car.

Buy some easy start spray, and spray it down the air intake, make sure your battery is fully charged.
Your problem sounds like low compression, nothing to worry about on a ford transit if it is an old modle

I cant disarm my alarm

Get inside the car, turn the key to the on position, the alarm is going to sound so do not panic when the alarm sounds press the valet button one time and the alarm should stop. To place the alarm in valet mode cycle the key with the door open on then off then press the valet button one time and the alarm should go into valet mode meaning the alarm light will be on steady.

Sounds like the starter is going out. Autozone will check those for free. It's just 2 bolts mounting the thing. It's under the passenger side rear of the engine. Undo battery, those 2 bolts and keep track of which wires go where. Run down to Autozone for a check or a new starter.
