There are two things for upgrading for windows 7, First upgrade your operating systems by loading your windows first and while you are on your desktop insert the windows 7 installer and look for the upgade button and follow on the screen instruction. Second you have to setup your bios to first boot cd/dvdrom drive and insert your windows 7 installer and follow the screen instruction but this option will erase you entire data. So be careful with this second options back up your data or files first before do anything.
