When I switch on it automatically keeps taking images and won't stop.

First reaction is always take out the battery.
Check if the shutter release button is not stuck in a down position. Press and here of her is a little click. After you are sure the shutter release button is not stuck, place the battery and try again. If it starts all over again taking pictures, and you are sure you don't have a ir remote control near bye, then you should contact the nearest Canon service centre.

Air Hogs Hawk Eye will not hold a strong Charge

OKAY ummm this thread is a bit old but the solution has been found and it's towards the red light, taking pictures, and not taking off situation im referring too......... dis is due to the disconnection off the ground wire fromt he battery to the board in the helicopter, this is the BLACK wire, to fix it u need to carefully use a sharp exacto blade, or sliding blade and cut open the helciopter body panels along the seam lines!.... and sawder back on the black wire to the board, then use some seriousely strong glue too put it bakc together........!

How do you download videos and look at throgh the camra on the helicopter?

Thank you for your question. From my research, it appears that the Air Hogs R/C Reflex does not have video capabilities. The Air Hogs Hawk Eye does have video and picture taking capabilities. Look at your Air Hog to determine which one you in fact have. Here is a link to video tutorials for all of the Air Hog products that may help you: The link is set to the Reflex but you can change your product selection to any product at this link.
If you have the Hawk Eye, here is a link to the instructions: It is not possible to look through the camera. You can however, take pictures and videos during flight. Download the images on your computer to see the images you caught. To download, plug the small end on the USB plug (included with your Air Hog) to the product and the large end to your computers USB plug (this is how you charge the Air Hog, too). In your computer's Windows Explorer, you will see your Air Hog connected and can copy the images to the computer. Remember to remove the images from the Air Hog to free up space for new images. Always remember to pick on the eject button on your computer for the Air Hog before unplugging it from the computer. Take note that the videos do not record sound. If you access, you can register and download free editing software to add cool images, sounds and words to your videos and pictures. You will also be able to share them with others.
If you need additional assistance, you can contact Air Hogs Flight Training Center at 1-800-622-8339.
I hope this helped. I would appreciate your taking the time to rate my assistance with FixYa. Enjoy your flight!

Fully charged but wont fly does nothing Air Hog Hawk eye

There seems to be a lot of people having the same problems with this product with no idea of how to fix it so my advice would be to go to:
There the company that makes the product offers troubleshooting and if it fails they offer a phone number so that you can send it away to be repaired. Either try that or take it back to the shop where you got it from and get you money back.
Hope this helps

Document stuck in que, can't delete, can't print i can delete the other ones after the first one, but the first one is stuck. tried to delete several times, won't allow it. tried to unplug printer, shut...

I'm not an expert, but this usually fixes my printer when this happens. Go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and then Services. You will see a long list of items. Scroll down to Print Spooler. On the left hand side you will see buttons to Stop and Restart Services. Click on Stop and wait until it stops. Then click on Restart. Try to delete the item from the printer que again. If it doesn't work, do the same steps as above, but between the Stop & the Restart, try to delete it then. This works for me. Good luck!

Black screen through screen and eye view finder

A stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open).

To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see the following for further info and a simple fix that may help:

Power button seems to be pushed down too far --- I can't take any pictures either

Button stuck down! Try removing the battery to see if lack of power will return the button. If that fails take it back to the seller under warranty terms.
