Question about Toshiba CN36V51 TV
Most likely there is either a bad solder joint or a bad resistor. I would take the tv apart and examine the circuit board for any bad solder joints. Then just add some solder to the joint and you should be good to go. If you can't find any bad solder joints then it will take a lot more troubleshooting with a multi-meter to figure out the cause of the problem.
