Hello.

Try a hard reset, but which will wipe all info from your phone.

From HTC Support:

First, with your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.

  1. While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
  2. When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
  3. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
Hope this helps.

If the cell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

I have k750 it show some short on metter actuly fault is emty the bettry with in 1 hour

short battery life is contributed to these, 1. Old battery 2. Lots of apps running in the background 3. Taking lots of photos 4. Charging the phone when it does not need a full charge 5. Leaving your phone in direct heat or cold 6. Dropping the phone 7. Leaking battery 8. 1 year or more old battery 9. Continuously talking and charging at the same time 10. Ensure to contact your insurance to see if the battery is protected under your plan.

After fully charging my Motorola H700 all night, it loses its charge after an hour or two. When I plug it back in, the green light comes on in seconds. What's up with that?

seems some components inside your phone has shorted out. overnight charging is not recommended for it could cause overheating of the components of your phone which in time develops shorts.shorts , of course consumes rapidly the charge of the battery and it damages the battery also. have your phone diagnosed and fixed. next time if possible, remove the phone from the charger when it fully charged.
