Need to figure out if water leaking out of the bottom passenger part of car is waster pump and how to replace it myself (money issues).

See if your local parts store can rent you a cooling system pressure tester and use it to pressurize your vehicles cooling system. It sounds like you may have a leaking heater core, so look beneath the dash when it is pressurized. (It should be obvious w/ 12-15psi of pressure in the system.

How to fix my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero is overheating problem?

May want to have a shop do a pressure test on your cooling system. I had a vexing overheating problem that two shops misdiagnosed and "repaired" $$. Turned out the radiator had a leak that only occurred under pressure, and finally was revealed when the leak became obvious, and then did the replacement myself. Good luck.

I was told my 2006 camry water pump leaked. Is there any way to visually verify the pump leaks? I want to confirm myself before spending $400 for the replacement.

you could pressure check cooling system and look for your leak not certain if 06 cam engine is equipped with timing belt driven waterpump but if it is and it is leaking under pressure you should see it coming out of timing cover

Have someone pressure test the cooling system - you likely have a head gasket leak

Can I replace the front door panel kit myself?

No, it needs a special aligning for avoiding the microwaves leaking outside the oven.
If you replace it anyways, check with a microwave detector that there isn't any leak.

Replacing a heater core myself

It a depends how far you are into it. But this may help
you dont have to remove the steering wheel and column trim, you can just un bolt the column (four bolts) and lower it so it rests on the seat. Some vehicles you dont have to remove the freon / hole a/c module if equipped.
You can pull the instrument panel/carrier far enough away from the core support to slip the heater core out the top of hvac box. Be sure to properly flush your cooling system and replace with dex-cool otherwise you might be dueing the repair again. good luck hope that helps you out
