Your cd shows error whatever you put a cd ,,the problem is in the mechanism in the roller, that moving back and port bringing the set .The roller is under the tray which you going to put the discs. The old grease their is hardened already that cause abnormal travel of roller . Clean that by using a lighter fluid or like that fluid ,in order to take the old dirt grease and replace it with a new one , a first class grease type-A grease put only little amount in the roller. Wipe the lense witha use of cotton buds without any chemical. Try this solution so performance will be better...feel free for asking further assisstance rate me as fixya....

I have a fisher ca-9335 integrated stereo amplifier thats hooked up to sanyo tp 1010 turn table and plays out of yamaha ns-70t speakers. a simple jvc cd player is also hooked up to the speakers but not to...

Something doesn't add up. You mention two connections to the speakers - CA-9335 and a "simple jvc cd player". Is that true? If so, you might want to UNconnect the CD from the speakers and run it into the receiver where it belongs. An amp isn't designed to share the load with another live device; or even have electrical contact with anything BUT speakers.

Did you actually find documentation that supports this hook-up? Or just winging it?

Noise coming out of speakers connected to Denon AVR 1908

Check for nearby wireless devices and move them away. -If the audio output from the source device (i.e. DVD, CD player) is digital (i.e. PCM, DTS or Dolby Digital) you're on your own. I'd be willing to bet the output is analog (red and white RCA), because the "beeps" and "exploding sounds" you describe seem like it could be caused by interference. Try replacing the cables. Otherwise the issue is probably with your receiver.

Re Hitachi AX-M80 - cD Player. When put into PLAY mode - there is an ERR message displayed and CD is not played.

This evening my daughter revealed she had the same problem. I wiped the eye with a tissue - now it works!

Some times the obvious is the answer.

Number of inputs

Each CD Player has audio out put amplifier circuit and this output amp remains Mute until it receive signal to out it. While using Y-Connector, when you try to listen one player sound, other goes to Mute as its in Stop position and caused to minimize the out put of other player which is being played. That's why you listen good sound if just one is connected. If you want to connect both players at one amplifier, you need at-least 2 inputs in amplifier and since your Fisher amp has not 2 inputs, so I suggest to buy another amp equipped with 2 or more inputs. Hope this info will help you.

I have a 1999 Lexus LX470 with a Nakamichi audio system with a 6 cd changer in the dash. The cd's will not eject and the screen says error. What can I do about this?

I feel your pain......and did extensive research on the internet.....Google "LX470, CD, err3" or "Nakamichi, CD, err3".

Take a look at this excellent explanation of how to dismantle and remove the head unit and retreive the jammed discs. I have used it and fished out three discs, but the CD Player still shows ERR3. An hour of work, so be prepared.

This is a site that provides repair services once you get the head unit out. http://www.carstereohelp.com/lexus.htm
"Six CD changer, Err message in display, will not play CD's, will not eject or accept CD's. Before repair, disconnect one of the car battery terminals for several minutes. This acts as a reset and may bring the changer back to working conditions. Otherwise, repair rate $385."

The Lexus dealer wants $750 to replace with a refurbished unit. Don't go down that route. Read these nightmare stories.

Don't buy a stray unit off of ebay, it is probably jammed or broken with the ERR3 meesage too!

If the home repair method doesn't work, then it will be better to just upgrade to a new head unit. I am buying a Jensen VM9215HD to get a multimedia system with all the trimmings and full iPod control for $460. Available on ebay or online stores. I'll install the unit myself, but you can get the unit and the job done at a local auto sound store for under $1000.

Good luck,

Peugeot 406 cd player works when ignition is on but when engine is started cd player wont work. Radio is fine.

Just bought 2001 peugeot 406.The radio worked perfect but CD player not reading disk or operating. That was until I realised that the CD for driving safety will not allow you to put CD into it while driving or engine running.Switched off engine then switched it to 1st batt light position & CD worked perfectly. But when I then switched key off & then started it was back to not operating.I then realised that the CD player for safety will not operate when engine is running unless you let the CD start operating first pre engine fire then wait a little more time before starting .Now it should work properly though it will not allow even the passenger to change a disk while being driven. On disk change you have to go through the same start proceedure.Hope this will get your CD working.Sherlock ??

Pioneer MT2000 Stereo M-error message for CD

it might be new cd's they have come long ways older players are not excepting newer cd's for some odd reason maken you go out and up grade your players
(thats just wrong)
but try this put in one of your older cd's if it plays that then its the new format cd's that just came out
i havent heard of conversioned cd's dvd's yet but everything bought in 2007 new or older than 2007 is being outsourced to new source cd's dvd's
my opinion if old cd's work then your going to have to upgrade to better system

Cd player does not work

unplug it, unscrew the screws holding the cover on, you should be able to see the lazer lens where the disks go, now take a q-tip with rubbing alcohol on it and gently rub the lens in one direction to remove any dust. cd players are very picky about dust and even just a little can give you a no disc error. ive had to do it to many cd players, so this should work for you! good luck
