Question about Televison & Video
Tv is a RCA Model # P46813BL have had it on broadband conection with a digital box. have had the volum up high for elderly Mother, so when it was off it still made some noise. Not now is it a posibility that a fuse blew? I will look in the back tomorow hope to here from you soon too. Thanks Alfred
That might be the problem, however what I would suggest is that you unplug the TV open the back look for a fuse remove the fuse (if you can, it might be soldered in) and then with an ohmmeter set to 1xR measure the resistance it should be 0 ohms. If it is not then that is the problem. If the meter reads 0 ohms then you will have to put the fuse back in and at this point I would suggest that you either replace the TV or take it to a repair shop.
I hope this helps
