On the link below just reverse the install steps to remove the oven. Make sure that you turn the power off first befor you try to remove the oven.

From my understanding your broiler feature is not working on your Frigidaire wall oven and the element is good. It could be a potential issue with the thermostat or connector of wall oven. If there is a miscommunication within the wall oven you may be able to perform a reset to clear the issues. If you would like to attempt a reset you would need to flip the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes.
