Question about Bushnell Trophy Cam with Text LCD

Open Question

Bushnell Trophy Cam.... is there any way I can view my pics and videos without putting the sd card into my computer? I have purchased a portable dvd player with sd slot for this purpose but it says 'video codec not supported'. My digital camera won't read the card either. I am trying to avoid buying a computer. I need a device i can just pop the sd card into and review my trophycam pics and videos. It doesn't appear the codes are compatible. I am sure others must have this dilema, any suggestions?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I would recommend a different brand memory card. Not all cars seem to work the same. Some camera's are touch when it comes to cards. Try once more to do a full format of the card inside the camera. Make sure the card is unlocked. If it happens again, try a different brand card.

SOURCE: I have the 8.0 bushnell

Hi when making any changes during the set-up you have to OK every step of the way, like entering on a keyboard.

The light trails are refelctive infra coming of the animal/prey from other light sources, a bit like the lens flare effect you will get when shooting into the sun.

also set the resolution to high for the video mode.

have a go and let me know.

Kodak C190 camera. I moved my pics from my SD card to my computer. Then tried to transfer them back..after many tries, they are back on my SD card. I can view them by putting the SD card in my laptop. When...

This should do it for you: Insert the SD card into your laptop or computer. In the SD card go to "New Folder" name that folder "DCIM" in the "DCIM" folder create a new folder. This one you will name "101KC190" (I'm pretty sure you have the Kodak Easyshare 190, correct?) Now, transfer all of your pictures into "101KC190." Insert the SD into your camera and it should work. email me if you need to kylejwoody@hotmail.com

Eeeeek...4000 per day...have you changed the interval settings to 1 pic every 60 or 180 secs.

failing that..you have a real live one here...is it still under warranty?

1
Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com
2
Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
#3
Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
4
In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
5
Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
6
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.
