Please find the name of the hard disk drive, found on the white label on the hard drive. Ex: Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung ECT. Got to their web site & download their tools or drive setup utilities & create a bootable floppy disk or bootable CD disk.
Their dos like software will test & repair most hard disk problems. Back up you're personal data, picture, and address book ECT. & burn to CD before running software.
If it finds problems it will erase you're data to repair the drive. You'll find other settings you can turn on or off that may increase the drive speed. The slowness is all about the hard drive & not you're system. If you're lucky all you'll have to do is a fresh install of windows.

Good Luck!

More to the point, It's not you're motherboard that is failng. It's you're hard disk drive that's failing. Normally running the Mfg's software on the drive can breath new life to the drive. Slow write & or slow read are casued by data corruption, windows registry corruption & the drive's file allocation table corruption. Bad sectors on the drive is another reason for slow write speed & lockups. It's all about the drive in you're case.

I have amcp6pb m2+ mother bord will boot up nextime it will not

Motherboard may be failing. Older motherboards are especially prone to damege form excessive heat and are known to fail. Also, internal hardware connections may be bad. Make sure are removeable cards like a wireless router, sound card, etc, are connectedproperly. If a removeable card is damged or burned out it can cause the computer to shut down and sometimes reboot

Computer slow downs are possible at all times. The only thing required is that the problem should be found and fixed at the right time.
