Finding wheels for strollers is always a problem unless they sell them as spare parts like Bugaboo does. Check with Ladybird if they're unhelpful a plastic wheel can be repaired provided the tyre is still good. Google plastic welders (yes plastic can be welded) find one local and show them the wheel.

I don't know the year of your car but you should be able to get parts from a hyundai dealer. If not older than 10 years your in luck.Just be shure to give parts department at dealer your vin. number. You could try a junk yard, bring your tools and take what need.

Cant find info or book on repairing the front wheel bearrings on my car,or even a "manual" for a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon!

Yes autozone.com has a repair guide for your car,you will be able to get the steering knuckle off, this is where the bearing is but ir requires a press or an equivlant to remove and replace the bearing.

I now this sounds weird, but the 3/16 lines to the front wheels are bubble flare and if it has a single 1/4 line to the rear it is standard double flare. If it has 2 3/16 lines to the rear, they will be bubble. They don't bubble flare 1/4 inch line, I don't know why, But they don't. I'm not sure on how many couplings for inspection but as long as you use unions and not compression fittings you should be fine.
