I had a broken handle with this grill, and called Fox International @ 1800-231-9786. I asked while speaking to them about replacing my drip pan, and they do carry it. It cost $14.95.

I have a blue ember gas grill FGF50069-U403 and the drip pan rusted out and fell off. I was looking for a new one when I came across some info that there had been a recall on this part must have been 2...

Unfortunately, Johnny the recall did not involve the drip pan. It involved the gas line hose and the way it was configured. http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09283.html

However, I normally would say, contact the Fiesta for the specific part. But, they filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in April of this year. http://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2011/04/06/fiesta-gas-grills-seeks-bankruptcy.html

You can try searching for Fiesta Grill Parts online, but drip pans are not normally listed as a replacement part. Of course, if you don't want to purchase a new grill, you could have a metal fabrication shop make you one out of 22 gauge sheet metal & the spray paint it with High Temperature Grill/Stove paint. In my area, that sort of easy fabrication wouldn't cost more than $25 to $30.

I hope this helped you & thanks for choosing FixYa.

How to remove and clean grease pan on Vermont Castings model 608SB

The drip tray is accessible from the rear of the Grill. It is necessary to lift up the pan slightly while pulling it out. Or depending on how old your VC grill is, it may be located on the left end of the grill (you should see a small handle). In which case you pull it out and was you reach the end of the drip tray, lift it up slightly to remove it.

TIP: To make clean up of the drip tray easier. Spread a thin layer of Speedy Dry (It's what NASCAR & garages use to soak up oil) on the bottom of the drip pan or tray. You can purchase a bag of it, at any auto parts store, When it comes time to clean the drip tray or pan. Just remove the tray or pan and dump the used Speedy Dry in the garbage. Then, spread a thin layer in it again. Actually, because the Speedy Dry absorbs so well, you'll find that you'll only have to dump the tray or pan occasionally.

Hope this helped you and Happy Grilling!!

The drip pan in my Blue Ember grill has rusted. The model number FG50069. My understanding is this is a recalled part. I've tried calling the 800-396-3838 number a few times but remained on hold for a...

Unfortunately, you may have to put your grilling on hold, for a bit. The drip pan is considered a body part and is not stocked by any of the independent grill parts stores. They only stock the internal workings of the grill, from burners to valves, to cooking grates, ignitors, etc.

Currently, Fiesta's website is down for construction. But, when comes back up, you can probably order the drip pan online, rather than get a free one, due to the safety recall.

Graese pan on my blue ember grill rusted out in one year and that was with keeping it cleaned and covered at all time , where can I get a replacement

There have been ongoing problems with that grill and it's drip pan. At one time Fiesta was furnishing the part at no charge. Don't know if they still are or not. However, you can purchase one directly from Fiesta by calling their Customer Service Dept 800-396-3838. Have the model number and serial number of your grill handy, when you call.
