Hi, a ONE Amp fuse, to my mind, is NOT enough? are you sure they are not TEN AMP? Even a 5 Amp? maybe even a two?, but a one? You do need to check.
Your machine would use a normal to big fuse, 1 Amp at 120 Volts only equals 120 Watts MAX, I think you will find that you machine will draw more than that, especially when the motor cuts in? and also it needs some "Headroom" or it would "Blow" every time a "Load" was put on the fuse.
If it is blowing fuses, then the ONLY things that that can be, are an overload, or a constantly overloaded fuse, that eventually overheats and "Blows". And a Short Circuit.
However I suspect that it just maybe the fuse... and it does protect for 10 to 11 "Loads" then because of thermal stress "Blows"?
However IF it is NOT that then you MUST get an Electrician to test the machine, as any machine that Blows fuses also has the ability to make the Case "Live" and deliver a potential lethal shock. Please be careful.
