you could try to pull off the bottom hose and run a hose through it till it runs clean then replace the hose fill the radiator half full start the car let it run for a min. or two then do it again untill all the gunk comes out then put antifreeze and half water

cut and insert the "T" from the flush kit on the heater hose outlet or inlet. make sure you are cutting into the heater hose coming out of the firewall heater area and not a large vacuum line. if your not sure ask a mechanic.
connect the kits anti syphon to water hose and connect to the T you have installed , open the radiator , and flush very slow if engine is hot , or wait till engine is cool as a very cold flush can damage the engine.
