The Canon EOS is a digital line of cameras from what I can tell. If that is the case, then there is no film in the camera.

However, assuming that you actually have a 35mm camera with film stuck in it, the following should work for. You don't indicate what you mean by stuck, but the standard solution for removing 35mm film from a camera is to take the camera into a dark room, open the back of the camera and remove the film and canister, being careful to not tear the film. While still in the dark room, place the film into a light proof bag to avoid spoiling it when it goes into the light. You can then contact a local photo processor about their ability to process the loose film. Make sure that the bag is clearly marked to avoid having someone open it by accident, spoiling the film in the light. If you can't find someone locally who can process the film, Kodak can do it for you in Rochester, New York. Contact them for instructions on shipping the film.

If you don't care about the film or pictures it may contain, feel free to simply open the camera and remove the cansiter and film, discard it, and start over.

When I insert a new roll of film into my Canon Rebel S 35mm SLR, it automatically rewinds the film instead of winding it onto the spool. I can't figure out why it's doing this.

this is normal, as these cameras are designed to wind the entire film to the take up spool then as you expose the file will roll back into the cassette. this was a feature that canon devised to protect already exposed film when the back cover is inadvertantly opened.

Hi , I have a Canon AE-1 camera and I'm haviving a problem with the film advance lever . It seems to be stuck . It will not advance. Have you ever come across this problem before? Thanks ,John.

Canon AE-1 35mm SLR is a manual focus camera EOS is Canon's designation of auto focus EOS stands for Electro-Optical System. The problem you are experiencing is caused by several little things that throws the camera, wind and cocking leaver out of synchronization or simply come to the end of the roll. There is a frame counter window just to the left of the shutter release behind the shutter speed dial. Also if you have just loaded film in the camera it may not be seated correctly check by releasing the rewind button, wind the film back but not all the way and open the camera to restart the film.

Where is the shutter release button on a Canon AE-1? I am trying to load film in the camera, and the shutter crank "thing" is stuck. do i need to release it with a press of a button???

Did you actually mean shutter release or shutter advance? And to load the film, you need to pull the roll winder upwards. While you pull the winder upwards, it would have a tuck voice and then the back cover would open up. Make sure you have wound the entire roll before you open the back.

The film magazine stuck in the Canone EOS 10 camera, never happened that before, i could easily insert and remove the film. it's rewinded, luckily, but I need a new one to put there, + I'm afraid if I...

Nikon N75 or Canon EOS 10????????

How is the film stuck? Is the rear door stuck? Does the film door open?

As long as you do not damage the film canister, the film will be ok. If the door opens and the film is rewound, use something to pry out the top of the canister from the camera. Then you can remove the film.
Even a film roll of 36 should not get stuck. Check the cartridge are for anything sticky. Sometimes these older cameras get some sticky residue from decaying foam in the shutter area. This would be a good time to send it in for CLA - Clean, Lubricate, Adjust.
My own EOS 10 had that problem. If you can't get the film out, the repair shop will do that for you.
