You need to install the drivers that came with this GE optical mouse so that windows can properly install and identify the new mouse. Pop the driver cd that came with the new mouse into the cd drive and follow the instructions. If you need more help, let me know ok?

WIRELESS SWITH RADIO ON OFF IS NOT WIRKING

Does your computer have an ON/OFF button (or slider) for the wireless, and a separate ON/OFF button (or slider) for BlueTooth?

Try each of the 4 settings:
* OFF/OFF
* OFF/ON
* ON/OFF
* ON/ON

Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click Network Connections
Click with the SECOND (usually the RIGHT) mouse-button on the wireless-adapter.
Click ENABLE.

I just bought a mouse and I went by the insturctions but the mouse still won't work

ok is it compatable with your operating system. is it usb or wireless?
if its wireless you have a button underneath the mouse and a button on the usb wireless receiver that you need to sync by pressing both together till you see a light flash. if it came with a cd you need to reinstall. need more info on make and model if this wont work

The GE mouse came with a Receiver that goes into a USB port after the CD software program is installed. During installation the program will ask you to plug in the receiver into a USB port. This is when to do so. Then it should work properly.

If it's a wireless mouse the batteries may need replacing or there may be a driver problem, try uninstalling the mouse then reinstalling it or try reinstalling the driver again,
