Question about Cell Phones
You will either need to call your service provider from a land line, as you will be accessing options on your cell, which directions they give over the phone can be very confusing and try your patience to it's limits or you can take your cell to the providers store and just get them to show you there, if it was me I would go to the store because it is quicker, easier and much less frustration and confusion when you are actually seeing what they are doing.
