I have a garmin 350 (i think). It continues to have a question mark on the screen saying that it is acquiring satillites, but nothing ever happens. I have tried pushing the reset button and that doesn't help. Any suggestions? I have only had this for 2 months.

It sometimes takes several minutes to acquire satellite signal afterward.
Make sure you have clear visibility of sky away from tall buildings.
If that fails try reloading software again, go to garmin and download web updater.
1 option in this is to reload all software again.
you may need to reset it, as in resetting the c340, turn off and then press back on again, if this does not work maybe the reset button is in the same place as it is on my c340, instructions for the c340 is as follows: place your thumb nail in the groove located under the Garmin logo on the face plate, gently pull off the face plat, press the reset button, turn the unit back on and hopefully it will operate normally
not sure if you are keeping the tab open but...the reason is because the tab at the top of the GPS is the antannae. You have to open it or it won't work. when you press the reset button, you are opening the antannae first which then acquires the satellites. Keep the top tab open.
