What you want is a program that keeps track of websites visited, keystrokes entered, etc. There is a nice one at http://www.tueagles.com/anti-porn/ that has a 30 day trial. You can use it to block bad websites and even set up time blocks for when a child can use the internet. You can make it completely invisible. So in your case I wouldn't block any sites at first, just let it record where its been. Then you can see where your child has been and take appropriate actions.

Open your Browser and click Settings on the top right. Click, Internet Options, and Browsing History, and click Delete. This will remove the Temporary Files that are preventing the option from showing up.. Make sure that Passwords and Cookies are checked. When you reopen the page, you will be offered a clear sign in box and the Forgot Password link.

•Then click Yes, and then click Close.

In Firefox:

To clear Internet cache in Firefox:
• Select 'Tools'
• Select 'Options'.
• Select 'Privacy'.
• In Private area click 'Clear Your Recent History'.
• Select a time Span and Click Clear Now.
• Click OK.

• Select 'Tools'
• Select 'Options'.
• Select 'Privacy'.
• In Private area click 'Remove Individual Cookies'.
• Look for facebook.com in the list.
