SOURCE: I have two airhogs aftershock trucks -- they have

I have the same one, and i think that you pump the black think in the back for a while and give it a push. it has 4 different shock settings. The first is when the shocks in the front and back are all the way up. This is used for tough terrain. The second is when only the front shocks are down. This is for when you go down hill. There is the third one where only the back shock is down, and that is mainly for going up hill. Finally, when both shocks are al the way down, for a faster speed. to reset the shocks, there is a button on the front of the truck, in the middle of the bumper. Hope this helped! (besides the fact that its 6 months late)

Air hogs air crane making loud "squeeling" noise. The bottom blade does not appear to be turning enough for lift off. Nothing is entangled.

Hard to diagnose from what you are saying but I have 2 solutions.

You can check the troubleshooting guide in the Instruction Manual.

If you don't have any luck there, call Air Hogs Customer Care Department at: 1-800-622-8339 or email them at [email protected]. They are usually pretty good at finding a solution.

How do you download videos and look at throgh the camra on the helicopter?

Thank you for your question. From my research, it appears that the Air Hogs R/C Reflex does not have video capabilities. The Air Hogs Hawk Eye does have video and picture taking capabilities. Look at your Air Hog to determine which one you in fact have. Here is a link to video tutorials for all of the Air Hog products that may help you: http://www.airhogs.com/#/need_help/reflex. The link is set to the Reflex but you can change your product selection to any product at this link.
If you have the Hawk Eye, here is a link to the instructions: http://www.spinmaster.com/files/instructions/AH_Hawk_Eye.pdf. It is not possible to look through the camera. You can however, take pictures and videos during flight. Download the images on your computer to see the images you caught. To download, plug the small end on the USB plug (included with your Air Hog) to the product and the large end to your computers USB plug (this is how you charge the Air Hog, too). In your computer's Windows Explorer, you will see your Air Hog connected and can copy the images to the computer. Remember to remove the images from the Air Hog to free up space for new images. Always remember to pick on the eject button on your computer for the Air Hog before unplugging it from the computer. Take note that the videos do not record sound. If you access www.airhogs.com, you can register and download free editing software to add cool images, sounds and words to your videos and pictures. You will also be able to share them with others.
If you need additional assistance, you can contact Air Hogs Flight Training Center at 1-800-622-8339.
I hope this helped. I would appreciate your taking the time to rate my assistance with FixYa. Enjoy your flight!
