I have a Karcher power washer with the Honda GC190 engine. The connecting rod broke at the bottom. I've opened up the engine to replace it and can't remove the flywheel to replace the rod and piston assembly. Does anyone know how to remove the flywheel / cooler so I can replace the rod? By the way, I've read a lot of posts here from others who have had a hard time pulling the starting cord. I experienced this too, and had to end up having a shop replace the camshaft. If you have this problem, the part from a shop was $18 + labor. If you're handy, you may be able to install/replace camshaft yourself by opening up the top by removing the 4-10mm bolts from the top cover.

I have a few Honda small engine tools that need carburetor cleaning due to a couple of years of no use. so I want to clean the bowls and probably the jets, but I'm used to Briggs and Stratton carbs. So how does Honda differ?
