Question about Apple Audio Players & Recorders
If it is the actual website you bought your iPod from that you are trying to access then on the login page there will be an option to reset your password if you have forgotten it, it usually says something like "Forgotten Password" under where you can sign in.
If it is your iTunes password then the same thing will apply just that you need to go to Apple.com and change your password there.
If it is actually your iPod password you have forgotten then you need to connect your iPod up to your computer and using iTunes restore it back to factory settings.
These are the only ways I am afraid.
