Have you tried Descaling? In the manual, it recommends Descaling every 2-3 months, even though you mentioned that you've had yours only 1 month. Worth a try, anyway.

I know they carry a water filter thru Keurig.com for less than $18 that you install right on the water pump in the water reservoir if you live in an area where the mineral deposits are heavy. It lasts 2 months and you can buy 6 replacement cartridges for $25. I just put one in mine today and it took less than 6 minutes to install (5 of those minutes were spent just soaking it in clean water).

If that doesn't help, you can call their Support Team @ #1-866-901-2739 between 7AM-12 Midnight EST. Make sure you have the serial # of your machine before calling. It's located either behind the drip tray (just pull it out) or on the bottom of the unit.

SOURCE: New Keurig B60 stopped working!

I had the same issue. I now believe that there was some "vapor lock" type issue. Mine would say the same thing, and i could hear the pump running, but the water level was not changing in the reservoir. I unplugged it, removed the reservoir, let it cool, then tipped it on its back for a few minutes, then on each side. Truthfully I was trying to see if there was some kink in the tubing. Couldn't find a problem, so set it back up and it runs great again.

SOURCE: When I turn on my Keurig Brewer B60 It says not

Normal 0 0 1 94 537 4 1 659 11.1287 0 0 0 Try the following steps to reset the processor:

1. Simultaneously press and release “small mug” and “medium mug”. Immediately afterward press “menu” 3 times. You should see a time 6:09 (or similar) on your screen.

2. Press “menu” once. Your LCD screen should say Brew 0:00.

3. Press and hold “medium mug”. While holding “medium mug” press and release “menu”. Immediately after releasing “menu” (while still holding “medium mug”) press “small mug”. Release “small mug” and “medium mug” at the same time. This entire thing needs to be done very quickly.

4. Unplug the machine (do not turn it off). Wait for 3 minutes or so. Plug it back in, turn it on and follow the instructions for priming.

sounds to me that you have a bad pump. Try calling keurig customer service,1-866-901-2739.Be ready with your model number, found under the drip tray on the machine. If your machine isnt to, to old, bet they will send you a new one. Just makes better sense to have a happy customer. Let me know how you make out.

My Keurig B60 will not brew. The "ready to brew"

Having same problem with B60 turns off after 1 minute and little circle won't go away. After unit was stored for 5 months, So this is what I did. 1. I took it over to the sink and turned it upside down and shook it. 2. I dried out the whole where the water sucks up and blew through there with a straw. 3. then I sucked water out the rubber tube up top for the over flow. Then I put vinegar in the intake whole and put vinegar in the tank and let it sit overnight. When I got up in the morning i turned it on and after 1 min it shut off again so I restarted it and after a couple minuets it started to heat and my display came back and circle disappeared. Problem solved. Not sure which one worked but it is now working fine and I am now descaling it.
