HP Photosmart Printer 3310 offline/can't configure
I wasn't having any problems with our wireless printer (Photosmart 3310) until my boyfriend (working with Linksys on the phone) somehow changed all of our computers IP addresses... Now our printer and computer are not configured, and I am wondering how to reset the printer with the new address. Is this even possible for me to do manually or what I need to do at all? Please advice!

Normally on the printer itself, you can turn off the wireless functionality of it by going to Setup > Network > Wireless Radio. You can also press the Wireless Icon to get into the Setup settings. Hope this helps!
When errors like this occurs, it is advised to reset the printer first before any other step(s) is taken;
Press *(star) and # (hash) together on the printer and let go. Key 1 then2 then3 Press the right arrow key until the on screen menu shows System Configuration Press OK Press right arrow key until failure status is displayed OK again. Keep pressing cancel till you get back to the main menu then Unplug from power for 1 minute then plug back in Power back on.
Reset the system by holding down the OK, Cancel, Black, and Color
buttons down at the same time and turn the 3310 off. Keep holding the
buttons down until the printer shuts off and the turn it back on. You
will have to turn the printer off twice and then it will recalibrate.
If after resetting, the error still appears, the it means the print-head assembly or white pump gear in the printer needs to be replaced. But if your printer is still under warranty , replacement will be for free by HP.
you gotta go into the printers folder in control panel and and right click on you printer icon and then select use printer online ,just to check if you printer has been connected wirelessly properly or not insert the cd and click on add a device and then try to install your printer in the wireless network if you printer is detected then install it and complete the installation ,it means that your printer was not installed but only configured to work on the wireless network thats why you keep getting the printer offline
Try running antispyware and virus program to eliminate this, housecall is online, thorough and free. It removes it too. Try and see if updating the actual drivers help off HP website. Check settings to see if it is not accidentally set to only print test page or to work offline or similar, uncheck tabs if they are.
