Question about GPS
With no speed sensor connected you have to manually calibrate the unit. You will need a piece of road between 100 and 500 meters(110 to 550 yards) You will need to measure this distance as accurately as possible.
Turn off the ignition and switch on the unit.
Press and hold "menu" for at least 2 seconds untill the "Install" menu is displayed. Scroll down to "Man. Calib" and select. Select the route length using "Menu" key and press "OK"
Drive the length that you selected at no more than 30km/h(18mph). Then press "OK" and the cailbration is complete. Please note manual calibration accuracy is dependant on the accuracy of you measurement of the distance to be travelled and keeping your speed as constant as possible.
For help with connecting to the vehicle speed sensor I will need to know your vehicle make, model, engine size and year of manufacture.

Hi the only manual, i could find was this one at the above website...
usually if this isn't a setting or the like, then re-flashing the unit with the latest software and maps usually sorts any problems out. Sometimes you can hook up the unit via USB and download the software and drivers again from the manufacturers website. However there doesn't seem to be much support for your make and model.
