If your camera is not relatively new and you're running a newer OS, your computer may have problems seeing it. Unfortunately, this can't be corrected because the drivers were likely not updated for your camera. But there exists a good, if not better alternative way to download your photos. Please don't take the following as a sales pitch as it's not, but please see this link, as it describes the use of an inexpensive external card reader as a much easier, faster, and less error prone way to download your photos. In fact there are several important reasons discussed in the article for using a card reader vice downloading from the camera. USB Card readers are also very inexpensive these day, with cost virtually not an issue.

Can't install PrintMaster Platinum 16 on my Windows 7 PC

This version of print master is not compatible with windows 7.
see the compatibility criteria of Printmaster on the link given below!
http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Details.aspx?type=Software&p=PrintMaster%20Platinum&v=Encore&uid=18&l=en&pf=0&pi=9&c=Graphics%20%26%20Printing&sc=Image%20Editing&os=64-bit

You can try if this works in compatibility mode in your pc - Try running in compatibility mode. Right click the program icon, click Troubleshoot Compatibility, wait while the problem is detected. Click Troubleshoot program > select an appropriate version of Windows the program is known to run in, try Windows Vista SP2 > start the program to see if it runs. If it runs, click next to proceed with saving the settings for it.

When i installed windows 7 my sound system didnot work. It is unable to detect the device

Did you check that the mobo was Win 7 compatible. There is a compatibility checker available on the Microsoft website. Windows 7 requires "Signed Drivers" for devices. From what I can gather on the driver download site the mobo is not really ready for Windows 7. Try a seperate sound card if you don't want to change boards. But check for Win 7 compatibility first.

My WD 320 EXTERNAL HARDRIVE WONT WORK WITH WINDOW 7 OS.

Check the specification of the hard drive see of it is compatible with the Operating system you are using
You didn't specify if the drive is USB or ........?
Window 7 will usually detect a USB drive without drivers but the drive has to be compatible.
check the Microsoft site for the compatibility download to check the drive for compatibility. There is a utility in 'Windows 7 that will check for you and also will check it the device will mount with a previous Operating system i.e. Window XP or Vista.

Can you download it for maybe XP or Vista, then run it under Windows 7 in the XP or Vista compatible mode?
