Try updating or rollback ur battery drivers from the manage option in my computer.
if problem still persists then take the battery out and dont connect it with charger code. then press laptop power button so tht extra energy left in laptop can be removed. press button for some seconds and then try again with battery and see if the problem is resolved.

You may also try power resetting the Camera. Power resetting can be done by removing the batteries from the Camera and then press and hold the POWER BUTTON of the Camera for 15 seconds and then reinsert the batteries after 1 minute.
If the issue persists, service may be required.
