The reason why you are experiencing this everytime both computers were powered on and tried to use an internet at a time is that you have a conflict IP ADDRESS. you may notice this opening the local area connection right click then click status(both computer) see if they have the same ip address. if that is the case you need to configue the lancard settings

How to see web history

Internet Explorer 7 is a popular Internet browser offered by Microsoft. As all Internet browsers so, Internet Explorer 7 keeps a record of your search history. So if want to retrace something you searched earlier or you want to check the history of someone else who has accessed your computer, you can view Internet Explorer 7 search history.

Instructions:

1.Launch Internet Explorer 7 by clicking on the icon of it that is located on your computer's desktop or by finding it by clicking on "Start" and then the "All Programs" list.

2.Click on the "Star" icon that is located in the upper left-hand corner of your Internet Explorer 7 browser window.

3.Click on "History" from the drop-down menu that appears in the left navigation pane that pops up on your IE 7 window. Your search history is displayed. Click on an item within the list to visit the website.

Every time I connect to net this site opens on its own.It is very embarressing as it tends to open infront of others.

which site? this site?

If you are using Mozilla Firefox go to TOOLS then OPTIONS you should be able to see a box beside the word Home Page. Type in that box the website you want your browser to open everytime you open Mozilla Firefox

if you are using Internet Explorer go to TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS it should be the same with Mozilla Firefox. a box beside the word Homepage. Type in that box the website you want Internet Explorer to open everytime you open Internet Explorer

IF the website you are ferreing to just INSTANTLY POPS OUT. then it is an adware (virus), you need to have your antivirus program scan your computer.

Explorer problem

Hi

I suggest to restore the settings of your internet explorer to defaults. There could be bugs during your windows update.

1. Open internet explorer, go to tool --> Internet Options ---> Advanced tab ---> Reset.

Reset all the settings then restart your computer. In case you cannot open internet explorer because it will just give you a white blank page. try the following steps below.

1.1a Click Start -- type msconfig on start search box (for vista only). Click Run (for xp only). a pop up box window will show up (System utility configuration). Look for the tab Services.

Under services tab, put a check on the box that says "Hide all microsoft services" at the very bottom screen. Click apply then close. Restart the computer.

After restarting the computer follow step 1.

Keep me posted

Regards

My computer keeps telling me that internet explore has caused an error it tells me to send a report and reset my computer i have done that and the problem steel remains

Restart your computer and see if happens again.

If that doesn't work shut your computer down, wait 30 seconds, and power it back up. Turn the computer back on. Just before the windows screen appears press f8 and enter safe mode. Once you get into windows press your internet explorer icon one time. You won't get a connection but it will try to repair any problems.

Then restart your computer the normal way.
