The solution to your problems maybe on RESETTE SETTINGS. The maximum prints that your printer can printed or provide has reach the limit already. Bring your printer to its service center, they have the special software program to resette settings of your printer back to 0. Also, check the printer properties and see what are the possible solutions to your problem offered there. Good Luck!

The printhead for black ink cartridge could be blocked.

It is better to run the Clean Printhead operation on your printers tools option.

You can manually clean the print head so that next time when you execute the Clean Printhead from HP solution center it will be successful.

First, remove the printheads.
then, pull up the lever at the top of the cartridge holder, this releases the print head.

The print head could be blocked, most common is the dried ink blocking the small holes in the print head.

Washed it in running tap water. It is best if you soak it in a mixture of water and ammonia and leave it overnight.

After soaking, you can spray it with canned air and blow those little holes to unclog it. Once it dry, return the print head and the ink cartridges and performed the alignment.

you can go to properties on your pc and do a head clean.
if that dos not work but a small amount of worm water in a small plate take the ink tank out and with the print head down and just enough water to cover the head leave it to soak for 5 mins
dry all the water off and place back the ink in the machine. or Tate the ink back to the shop.
