Everything I have researched states that your problem is with the installation of SP1 for Vista. Unfortunately the remedy is a reinstall of the operating system.

It is becasue of harddisk bed indexing.
For that first boot your computer with winxp then enter in recovery console mode then type in prompt "chkdsk /r'
then press "y"
then it fix errror on disk.
Then dlelete all partition and format 1 partition then install winxp.

That stop code refers to an inaccessible boot device. (0x00000007B) See the list here. and the MSDN article here. There are a series of MS KB articles to choose from that may help you to resolve the problem...
