The best option will be to reset IE to defaults. Open the IE browser, click on Tools tab>Internet Options>Click on Advanced Tab>Click on the Reset button. Click on Apply and OK. Restart the IE Browser.

That you installed the crappy browser plugin at we-care or had a malware that did.. Check your plugins, remove it, stop using IE and if you want to still donate to charity (we-care.com) don't support them, use http://pungle.org instead.

Sounds like you have the We-Care.com app installed; it's a free online donation tool. You may have downloaded it along with a disk utility or some other freeware. If you're getting a popup message, you're probably having issues. Contact them at the email address, or uninstall by following directions below:

Open your Start menu and choose Control Panel.
In Windows XP: choose Add/Remove Programs.
In Vista: choose Programs/Features.
In Windows 7: Choose Uninstall a program.
Find the We-Care Reminder (may be ASPCA Reminder by We-Care.com).
Choose Remove (Windows XP), or right click and select uninstall (Vista and Win 7).

I keep having IEsupport@we-care.com pop ups

This is caused by an application that was installed on your computer by a company called we-care.com. This application can be easily removed by going into your Control Panel on your computer (from the start menu), then going to Add/Remove Programs (for Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Vista and Windows7). Search for a program with the "we-care" wording (might be called "Reminder by We-Care") and remove it.

Hope this helps

Please rate this solution, thanks!

Everytime i click the internet a message pops up and says help failure contact IESupport@we-care.com(2) how do i get rid of it

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is an indication that you have Malware on your notebook. If you have anti-malware software installed, try running a scan. If not, download and run anti-malware, e.g Malware Bytes or SpyBot:

Malware Bytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Spybot: http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html

BElectric
